Relearning a correct bow hold after playing unknowingly with bad form for three years has been a struggle for our daughter and her private teacher. 

Even going back to practicing with just a pencil wasn't enough. 

Frustration was growing as the lessons became like treading water, with no joy or feeling of accomplishment. 

I stumbled across the Bow Hold Buddies through Google, and although the teacher hadn't used them before, he was game to try. 

What a stunning difference! And how cool that it came with a big pencil, so she could practice before it even went on her bow. 

Her first lesson with the Bow Hold Buddies ended with smiles all around, finally. 

Thank you -- my daughter has renewed hope that she can progress as a violinist.
